One of the most important transformation of tourism expected is, the significant growth and contribution of Asian tourism, especially the emerging economies of Asia. This growing trend has been fuelled by the transformation of the tourism industry to include the middle-class majority in Asia and Global South. The aspect of changes and transformation is a key research area in tourism.
